Staffing
Qualified professional skin and beauty consultants provide skin and hair analysis at aviance shops. They are trained professionally at Unilever aviance to work at the shops. They can be your own hired staff or you can hire aviance consultants through them. In either case, all staff and management go through training at the HQ. All customers and members benefit from these professionals trained at HQ for your aviance shop.
Size and Start up
Aviance will design your office and recommend specifications on beauty corner, meeting section and so on that is standardized overall across the country.
